Kelli Watkins (Mitchell) LMSW: (Lenawee and Livingston Counties)
Kelli graduated from Siena Height University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Social work and then received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Toledo.  Kelli is a Licensed Masters Social Worker.  She has experience working with children ages 3-17 providing individual and group therapy, as well as adults, couples, and families.  She specializes in dual diagnosis, severe mental illness including Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and Anxiety Disorders, as well as substance abuse.  Kelli has training in providing DBT skills training, Behavior modification techniques, and Parent Skills Training.  She has worked for Community Mental Health Systems in multiple communities, and has worked in an inpatient mental health setting.   Kelli has additional training in Multi-Systemic Therapy and has worked with adjudicated youth.  


​Danielle McKeever, LLPC (Lenawee County)

Danielle graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Adrian College then went on to Siena Heights University where she received her Master’s in Counseling. She has experience working with children and adolescences with ADHD, Depression, Anger and Divorce families.  Danielle has also worked with adults with depression and everyday stress from Jobs to Schooling. Danielle has also worked as a substitute in Schools as a one on one aide for children with Autism and other disabilities.  

Monica Faz, LMSW (Lenawee County)

Monica graduated from Adrian College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and then received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University.  Monica is a Licensed Masters Social Worker.  She has experience working with deviant adolescences, mental illness, substance abuse, and sexual/trauma issues.  I have great respect for those who take a risk to seek out support through therapy and I work hard to help them listen to themselves.  I believe that my role as a therapist it to provide support, challenge and trust to help individuals on their journey.


Dwight Forde, LMSW (Lenawee County)

​Dwight graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. He went on to obtain his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University as well. He spent his formative social work years interacting with adjudicated youth. He transitioned to Michigan’s child welfare system for many years before working closely with mentally ill prisoners. He is comfortable with different treatment modalities, including family systems, cognitive behavioral and motivational interviewing.
